Apple Bagging With Produce Bags

I came across this idea from another blogger, using produce bags to protect fruit from squirrels and birds. Apparently the bag shape confuses animals into thinking its not fruit.
The best bags are nylon and of small gauge, so more sun penetrates, as well as a drawstring. Confusing rodent thieves is the goal but getting sun is a huge bonus.

These bag are small, around 9×5 or 10×6, and the best part is, it hangs on the tree, so when fruit drops, it doesnt hit the ground, so there is less crop loss.
